MEDITATION ~
The process of meditation is a simple one, with benefits that will serve you in all levels of your life, and even in the future generations that follow you.
I have meditated since the early seventies, and continue to this very day, and my last breath will be meditative and carry a mantra in its exhalation. I believe that strongly in its ability and its benefits. I have taught it to anyone that asked
And that truly wanted to change their life for the better.
There are many forms of the practice across time, as it is as old as time itself. Anyone that has stood looking at a sunset, mesmerized by its beauty, stopped to smell a flowers fragrance, or just stared off into nowhere has meditated.
In essence, anything you do that stops the thought stream we are all so accustomed to hearing is a form of meditation.
There are many different ways of meditating, and they are all beneficial. Anything that would cause you to take time and sit quietly and be kind to yourself is beneficial.
I have found meditation with the use of a manta to be the most valuable and produce the most profound results. Over the last thirty years the practice itself has evolved me and with me. It will not change those around me, or the fears and perils in life, but it does, very profoundly, change the way I respond to it with greater energies, insight, and intuitive
Knowledge.
The benefits of the practice outnumber any possible objections to them.
There are increased energies, as I stated, in the current culture we now live; energy is an increasing concern, personal energies to get through the days and nights. It will also aid us mentally to organize our time better and more efficiently.
From our quantum life to our daily life,
Although the American culture has been slow to recognize meditations benefits, other countries are implementing it into Hospitals, Corporate training programs, schools, and prisons. Meditations as other spiritual practices are finding validity in the sciences through research in physics and microbiology’s. It does not require its validation or approval, but this is a time when Jesus and Steven Hawking could sit a talk of the same God and the same light particles without any separation of belief.
Over the decades I have heard and said all the reasons that I did not have the time nor the ability to sit quietly and meditate, there is just too much to do, too much I want to do, with a side order of have to do.
Yet the things that plagued my life are cured in this simple process, the abilities to cope better, to feel more whole and alive, able to proceed into the day with confidence, knowing there is a tool in your life that will actually work without side effects, and mind numbing medications.
Meditation is taught in an hour, as the effects continue on into forever. It will introduce you to yourself and you will stand motionless in awe of who you truly are. It requires nothing of you, as its true intent is to serve you.
I have enjoyed a wellspring of benefits physically, mentally, and spiritually. Now I meditate for the sheer love of it, and I am a man of God, and I meditate for the joy of being so close to God, for the sheer love of it.
I have listened to words of the greatness of God/Goddess, universe, higher power, and I learned the truth of the words in the practice, but never did I imagine that I would see the absolute grandeur of myself, and the Human race.
The only thing it will put to the test is your intent and the sincerity of your desires. In life designed around productivity, efficiency’s, and “ bottom line “ demands, meditation remains the most practical approach to resolution of all ‘ real time ‘ challenges. I do not need sit in a lotus position anymore to meditate, because just as it evolves us, it also a self-evolving to keep pace with us.
Sometimes we forget, I know that I do, that this is all about Love. The love of our God/ess, our fellow Human Beings, lovers, children, friends and people we do not even know. Its about having our ideas of Love blown out of the water for a new and expanded ideal. Love expands and keeps its density across the Universe, its substance absorbs and transforms all it touches.
I meditate and try to incorporate its energies into every phase of myself, and the life that emanates out of me before others. Using all the energies of all of my emotions and feelings, but always remembering that feeling is the Divine language all life speaks on all levels. Within the radiant energies of love, all life responds to my call and comes to my aid.
In the tone of a Mantra meditated upon for centuries, through millions of minds, I tap into all those beautiful lives and emotion. Emotion comes from the term “ Energy in Motion “ and those emotions remain apart of the Mantra, as someday mine shall join them.
I demand self discipline from myself, for this would be only an old stoners fantasy had I not been instilled with determination and courage to pursue the impossible in my life. Meditation gave me the substance of character to see it through to the endings and new beginnings. That and the Love of all my family, and my children’s guidance in the early years of my maturity, and be assured, maturity in this world has become totally optional.
I feel self-discipline comes with caring and loving someone as yourself. A child shows us how that looks and how that feels. Loving someone more than myself was easy, but to be someone they choose to love, know, and be friends to – this is Zen, a state that feeds your life for the enhancement you create in your environment, and meditation as well as other spiritual practices can extend your environment substantially, even for generations yet to come.
I once read a long time ago, that the greatest ripple in the universes energy fields, is that of a Human Being choosing to live their life for others well being and enhancement. This choice creates tsunami waves of response from every level of life. This is acceptance of the responsibility to evolve oneself as best they can in their lifetime, and to live the reality of self lovings result There is not only the responsibility to aid those in need and to protect the inexperienced and sleeping, but to also show them in your actions the resolution and knowledge’s they seek to awaken.
It is not my duty to convert, change, or even advise, my only duty is to “ Be “ that which I profess to Be.
If I am true to my life, then I can visit the Pagans, Jews, Christians, Muslims, and the atheist, and say the same things, only in their belief dialect. Jesus was not Jewish, and Buddha not Buddhist.
Research your tools and use them with sincerity, and fun, play with them, as a child with a fish in the creek. Learn your pace and your skill, then make it your own in every breath, every motion of your hand, emotion of your heart.
Its about Love, and love is powerful, it can be embraced and then whipped across the Universe to the very ear of God and return to the heart of a child, with the equal power in each caress.
Reiki is the love making of your energy body with its creator, as meditation is the caressing of two until they are one.
It is sensuality as a spiritual art of loving so far from deniability of its power.
Energy ~
Power ~ Might~ Force
I will not teach meditation to you ~
I will tell you how I have meditated ~ what I do/not do ~ while meditating.
I will share with you what fourty years of meditating has brought into Being.
When I say I am teaching ~ I AM telling the insight of experiences referenced against written and oral texts, ancient and current, as current as this very text.
No proof or disproof ~ approvals or disapprovals ~ Just insight outwardly spoken. Energies expressed.
I do not understand spiritual things, matters of magik and mysticisms ~ Angels nor Demons. Meditation and all the Spiritual practices my mind and body have done faithfully have not brought me to Gods face.
Yet it has brought Gods face unto my own, and I understand the power of a word ~ spoke internally or out into life to sail out into the universe.
No one can teach such things ~ only speak in full knowledge that the words upon this page are awakening and re-remembering the readers to their “ Hall of Records “ within their genetic make-up and the memories will be felt
And release an e-motional current with the wakening.
I can only Be what that ‘ looks ‘ like.
I AM not comfortable in the “ New Age” and the Great Cathedrals would make a fine place for the homeless to live.
Age is neither new nor old, it just is. Just as the most ancient scripture is ‘ new ‘ when read for the first time by myself, then becomes ‘ now ‘ because it never was anything else.
Meditation does not make me wise ~ but it does allow me to understand that statement intimately.
Meditation did not open port holes to heaven, or divine presence ~ only quieted the storms of life’s e-motional storming from those that seek to make theirs the loudest and largest,
Revealing I AM calm by nature, Not to be confused with stillness. Life can move light-years beyond light speed ~ calmly.
Meditation was not what the doctor prescribed, But should have.
It never provided the answers to the secrets Humankind seeks so feverishly of its origins and future, Only let me feel the tugging at my mind to accept I was born and designed to know them if I had the courage.
I cannot tell you the list of great Guru’s, Messiahs, Saint’s. And Masters. For I know them only by their feeling and the knowledge they whisper as my mind passes through their presence. I know not the ancient language of the Kundalini, nor all the new forms of Yoga and Spiritual arts, I cannot find differences in them, as I did not become enlightened enough yet.
It did not bring me the ‘ love of my life ‘ only allowed to feel what Love truly is, allowing me to feel it with a beautiful person, or a light particle, Embracing it for the moment, and not waste myself trying to hold it for myself.
Meditation is a thing of motion, extreme energy motion at speeds that appear to be still in their velocities, and the Human ability to dance in life with quantum –real time – and macro existence, Divine light can be held in laboratories now, studied and awed over.
Meditation changed my eyes to see that in that laboratory are the living mythologies of every sacred belief, anxious to tell their story. A light particle, like so many other taken for granted life forms, is more than an element of a larger picture, it is a living form of life complete unto itself, able to penetrate any barrier and continue on its journey.
Spirituality has evolved to encompass all of life’s activities ~ there is no longer room for focus on differences and theological debasing of sciences and academics, nor scientific journey’s into the disproof of Spiritual principles.
This is the time when Jesus and Buddha sit down with Steven Hawing and Deepak Chopra and hash out the details of the changes that occurring on this Planet.
There is a unity that has been configuring since the turn of the twentieth century ~ and it is based in energies and our understanding of them and their effect on the Human race. Until we achieve a new perspective on Quantum Life we will be destined to repeat the same behaviors over and over again with the same devastating result, but take close note, each time the same negative behavior is repeated, it grows in intensity and consequence.
Just as the irritation evolves into a fight, and the fights into violence.
Acceptance of the reality that there are energies out there that literally feed the Soul of Humankind, and we, as a race , are starving for them. Energies attained in the meditative state feed the energy body, just as good/healthy food feeds the body, and is equally – if not more so – important to the life of the individual.
Every parent has made the remark that their children are a never ending well of energies. Observance dictates that they “ DO ” that which feeds them this tremendous energy flow, until we inundate them to change these things in lue of lesser activities of the spirit. We change their source from Nature and loving parents to that of an academic focus,
Mind usurps Soul ~ intellect usurps spirit.
Energies of Soul have become infected with spiritual “ junk foods “ looking like food, tasting like it, even feeling like real food to the senses, yet leave us starving for energy nutrients. Just as our physical foods look, taste, and feel like real food, they are but an illusion of nutrition, leaving us hungry and lacking in the elements we need to live well and happily.
So – let us begin with breath.
The Human Being speaks a Mantra with every breath taken, for every motion in life there is a corresponding tone.
For breathing it is-
Ham – on the in breath
Sa - on the out breath
The A is soft on both.
In meditation, breathing is critical, Most people breathe from their lungs as a general rule, unless trained to breathe from the diaphragm. Oxygen is the courier of energy, and it is energy we are dealing with in meditation.
I would suggest strongly that you take the time at least twice a day to meditate, for at least fifteen to twenty minutes
At a time.
If you wish to prepare for Reiki, meditation prior to it will deepen your experiences and abilities considerably.
Sit quietly and comfortably, spine and neck straight, in alignment, as this is aligning your charkas also.
Close your eyes, focus on your breathing. Hear the Mantra as you inhale and exhale, each breath becomes more flowing, a gentle motion in and out.
Take each breath deep into the diaphragm feeling it fill and then empty. Your breath and Mantra will find balance, as your mind embraces this new sensation of relaxation.
If you are doing this with Reiki, I suggest a ten minute session before going into Reiki, and again as you exit the Reiki.
Yoga meditation is the core of my practice and my life. It is a tradition of some 5000 years, but likely much older than that. It is often referred to as “ authentic Yoga “ due to its ancient status.
Yoga we know today is not Yoga by traditional standards, although the asnas are genuine, it lacks the majority of education and training associated with original Yoga practices. Yoga was also referred to as a science, as it incorporated anatomy and mind sciences as well as spiritual goals.
Mediation is the core practice of this science. It is also a mantric meditation incorporating the use of mantras for focus and power.
Essentially Mantras are words that the mind cannot identify or produce an image for, a word it cannot define. With the purpose being to free the mind from its work. Most of us stream thoughts 24/7, with the mind trying to string them together to form complete thoughts for us to act upon in our lives, it also presents all possible scenarios for these thoughts to aid in creating a life according to those thoughts.
I think we can all attest to the swarms of thoughts that can occupy our days and nights without any tangible results.
Mediation allows us to deal with thought and mind at source, rather than swimming in the ocean of thoughts in our conscious mind. This is Yoga, recognizing that mind is contained in all of our body, not just in the head and brain, that all biology serves the mind, and is created by and for mind.
At this point I would suggest that you try the simple breathing meditation I described in conjunction with your Reiki practice, and journal your results. Then please e-mail me with your thoughts, sensations, and questions.
The key to Reiki and meditation is trust my dear friends, that the process’s work and that your mind, bodies, and Soul know what to do with these matters, and will continue to work for you, even after you have ceased consciously doing them. The process of meditation knows well your original design and its configurations within its biology’s and spirit.
These practices will clear your hardrives and begin to eliminate old programming that does not serve you any longer.
I hope to hear from you soon.
Blessings to you,

Evolving Meditation

| Meditation is a practice that has been around since people themselves have been, when our most primal of ancestors stopped foraging for just a moment and looked into the sky with deep contemplation overtaking them with emotions they could not explain, but leaving them forever changed. |
Meditation has been the core of my life for over thirty years, and the one thing I have done with ferocious consistency.
One person meditating on a regular basis can change the energies of an entire home, and the energies of those that live within the dwelling. Meditate long enough and you can change the whole block. It is that powerful of an energy unto itself. It is also an energy matrix that Humans will gravitate to instinctively and desire to know the origin of the feelings that have begun to stir within them.
There are so many different versions of spiritual practices, and they all hold a piece of the whole, yet meditation creates the whole and creates a matrix of energy flow within the individual that ensures the success of all the others. I speak here from experience, as there are not many practices that I have not learned and done.
Why meditate? Because it is a natural function of every Human Being. I have seen all forms of Humans stop to ‘ smell the roses ‘ at some point in their lives, if only for a moment, and the immediate result is evident and profound.
Observation of the Human realm dictates that the greatest pursuit of life in this age is one of acquisition of energy, we act like a race running on empty, and we will compromise our own lives for the quick fix for instant energies to carry us into the next moment, where we will spend it with total abandon of sense and common sense.
We will buy anything that promises us more energy; pills, power drinks, herbs, pharmaceutical concoctions, magic potions,
And usually with the same end result of being as tired as we were before them.
It has been my personal observation that Humans get energies from the most obvious source: Each other. We are becoming a race of energy vampires, as vicious as the mythical creations of the Silver screen. This dilemma is most apparent within relationships. We are not inherently evil; we are a race of starving peoples, famished for energies that bring us to the brink of death. We have only to look beyond the problems that plague us to see this reality and sense the hungers that drive us to extremes with people we once held in the highest esteem.
Most relationships end over power struggles over who is controlling the energies of the relationship. Psychology has known this for centuries, yet the reason for this condition still eludes them. They can stem the tide of aggression within the relationship, yet with a marginally acceptable success rate.
Observation and experience in my own life and relationships sees one person within wielding the power of the energies of the two, and that person is the vampire that drinks from the other until they are too weak to resist, but not weak enough to render them helpless, either by the subtle seduction of appearing to be needy, or overtly attacking the other with the ferocity of a starving dog.
So where does meditation fit into this ancient picture of human interaction?
The most profound change that meditating over three decades has provided to me is the freedom from human dependence for energies. I cannot express deeply or emphatically enough the importance of seeing energy as our primary source of sustaining food. Once this shift in perception is made, all foods will feed us adequately, and with less than a third of the amounts we now consume.
I personally have eaten only one full meal a day for a quarter century, with no adverse effects, in fact quite the opposite.
I am 5’7’’ and have weighed 150-155 for over thirty years, and am in better physical condition than most half my age.
This is the power of meditation in my life. I draw energies from the air that I breathe, as all do, but meditation has changed me so that the energies I keep and ingest are not as polluted as the normal person out there. I inhale the negative energies that are floating on the winds, as all do, but then exhale them as quickly as I inhaled them, keeping only those that feed me with the highest order of energy.
I no longer require the energies of those around me to sustain my life, esteem levels, or feelings of love and self-respect.
Knowing that those in my life are there for the choice of them being there is a comfort to me, and to them, whether they realize that this is the way of it for me. I desire their presence, and love them for that presence, but do not need them there for any reason other than that. I do not need to ‘ drink ‘ from them, ensuring the love I give to them is pure, and they to me.
It has now become necessary to see ourselves as energy beings in order to address the issues that have plagued our behaviors for so long. We can no longer afford to keep this perspective in the realm of religious myth, spiritual toying, or even in the realm of scientific research. If we truly desire resolution to problems of relationships at all levels of society, the perspective of energy must change to that of survival based pursuits, rather than the evolvement of spiritual hobbyists that keep it locked into the frame of entertainment and sideshow curiosities.
Further observation reveals that most of our economy is based in our illness’s, even beneath the movement of recent decades of health, exercise, and healing, there is the reality that we are being spoon-fed an unhealthy dose of diseases and issues from marketing firms selling us the cures, from multi-billion dollar corporations to the psychic at your local spiritual center.
We live in an ocean of energies vaster than the planetary oceans of Earth, and equally as dense. We take in the energies carried in the oxygen as fish extract oxygen from the water, both being life sustaining requirements. If fish exist in polluted waters, they will surely die a slow and agonizing death, as will those that live in polluted energies.
Therapists that advise their people to meditate find these people respond more quickly to their expert advice and also see more independent work being done by these people, as they have changed the matrix within themselves and are processing internal negative energies quicker, while reducing the amount of external energies being taken in from their environments.
This is also the basis for what we term ‘ divine healing’ as sincere prayer mimics a meditative state of mind, allowing healthy energies to dramatically increase, restoring a balance between healthy energies and toxic. People that are healed in religious healings will rarely stay healthy, as they return to the old state of mind and the habits that fed them this toxicity. Most people engaged in self-destructive behavior patterns are lacking the knowledge to shift their ‘ feeding ‘ habits and are essentially starving to death, as a person that only has spoiled food in the home, and eat it regardless of the outcome. A starving person will engage in desperate behaviors, the condition that most people seeking therapy arrive in.
